Your consent is obtained when you:

  1. Enter your US phone number in the form above
  2. Check the explicit consent checkbox (which is NOT pre-checked) stating: "By checking this box, I expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS text messages from Disertus Labs..."
  3. Click the "Subscribe to SMS Updates" button (which is disabled until you check the consent checkbox)

2. Types of Messages

You will receive the following types of SMS text messages from Disertus Labs:

  • Session Reminders: Notifications about upcoming speech therapy sessions and scheduled practice times (e.g., "Disertus: Reminder - You have a speech therapy session scheduled for today at 3:00 PM. Open the app to start practicing. Reply STOP to opt out.")
  • Practice Notifications: Reminders to continue your speech therapy exercises and practice sessions

We do NOT send: Marketing messages, promotional offers, or advertising. All messages are directly related to your speech therapy practice.

3. Message Frequency

You will receive approximately 2-5 text messages per week based on your scheduled sessions and practice goals:

  • Session reminders: 1 text message before each scheduled speech therapy session
  • Practice notifications: 1-3 text messages per week to encourage continued speech therapy exercises

You can adjust your notification preferences at any time through your account settings.

4. How to Opt-Out

You can opt out of receiving SMS text messages from Disertus Labs at any time:

After replying STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS messages from us.

Message and data rates may apply.

Depending on your mobile carrier and plan, standard message and data rates may apply to SMS messages sent to and from Disertus Labs. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most other US carriers.
